Terms of Service

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by English law and comply with UK consumer legislation.

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made from DiMauro (dimauro.co.uk), operated as a sole trader by Robert Hadley, Office 10176, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. DiMauro is not VAT registered. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Our Products

All products sold by DiMauro are made to order and printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printify. Products are shipped from the United States. As a result, delivery times are longer than those of UK-stocked retailers, and international customers may be subject to import duties on arrival.

We make every effort to display product colours and designs accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.

Orders & Cancellations

Once you place an order, it is sent directly to our production partner for fulfilment. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or amendments once production has begun.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised — which includes all DiMauro products, as each item is printed to order specifically for you. This exemption is set out in Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within 7–20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking is not available on every order, depending on the shipping method selected at fulfilment. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes levied on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. DiMauro has no control over these charges.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong colour selection. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Claims must be raised within 30 days of delivery via our contact page, with clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of DiMauro and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiMauro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are not affected by these terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are based in the EU and are unable to resolve a dispute directly with us, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
