Please note: DiMauro ships products directly from our international suppliers to keep our prices low for you. This means delivery times are longer than high-street retailers, and tracking is not always available for every order. We'll always do our best to keep you informed, and we're here if you need us.
What to expect after you order
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 7–20 business days
Timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and factors outside our control such as busy periods or weather delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking is not guaranteed on every order — it depends on the shipping method available for your item at the time of dispatch.
Where tracking is provided, please allow up to 5 days for it to become active after dispatch — this is normal for international shipments.
If your order has no tracking number, please don't worry — the majority of untracked orders arrive safely within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Need to change your address? Email Support@Dimauro.co.uk immediately — changes can only be made before dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be.
Delays & Missing Orders
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your dispatch email, please get in touch and we'll investigate.
If your order was sent without tracking, please wait the full 30 days before contacting us — untracked parcels can take longer but the vast majority do arrive safely.
We will always do our best to resolve any issues, though outcomes may depend on the response from our suppliers.
