How to start a return

Contact us first

Email Support@Dimauro.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send anything back without hearing from us first.

Wait for our response

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Every case is handled individually.

Follow our instructions

We'll let you know next steps — this may involve sending the item back or, in some cases, we may resolve things without a return being necessary.

Refund processed

Once we've confirmed the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service where possible — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at Support@Dimauro.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll review your case and work with you to find a resolution — this may be a refund, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Outcomes are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the response from our supplier.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear — your bank may take additional time.

We'll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned without prior authorisation from our team
