Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, and returns. Can't find what you're looking for? We're happy to help.

Orders & Payments

Simply browse our store, add the items you'd like to your cart, and head to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your delivery address and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed successfully.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please email Support@Dimauro.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it — but you're welcome to return it once it arrives under our 30-day returns policy.

First, check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at Support@Dimauro.co.uk with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll look into it for you.

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is always complimentary — on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, then shipped directly from our international suppliers. Standard delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and factors outside our control such as busy periods or weather delays. We'll always email you when your order has been dispatched.

We ship from international suppliers to keep prices low, so delivery takes longer than high-street retailers. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking isn't available on every order — it depends on the shipping method available for your item at the time of dispatch. Where tracking is provided, you'll receive the details in your dispatch email.

If your order has no tracking number, please don't worry. The vast majority of untracked orders arrive safely within the estimated timeframe. If yours doesn't arrive within 30 days of your dispatch email, contact us and we'll sort it out.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch at Support@Dimauro.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.

If your order didn't come with tracking, please wait the full 30 days before contacting us — untracked parcels can occasionally take a little longer, but the vast majority arrive safely.

Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please email Support@Dimauro.co.uk immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Unfortunately, we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been sent. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient — we have no control over them and are unable to predict what they may be.

We'd recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering if you're concerned about this.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email Support@Dimauro.co.uk with your order number and reason — please don't send anything back until you've heard from us.

Email Support@Dimauro.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please don't send anything back until we've confirmed your return.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at Support@Dimauro.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We'll review your case and work with you on a resolution — this may be a refund, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Photos are essential — they speed up your case significantly and ensure we can get things resolved as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear — your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it on their end.

We'll email you as soon as the refund has been processed.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately — this is usually the quickest way to get what you need.

Unless your item arrived faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service where possible — we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT. We're closed on weekends and public holidays, but we'll get back to you on the next working day.

When emailing about an order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout — it helps us find your order straight away.

We aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods it may take a little longer, but we'll always get back to you.
